2. I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 10 business days of receipt of package.

7. I am an international customer. (We are based in Atlanta, Ga. USA) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Queen Lux Cosmetics.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
